I agree to pay for time spent by Mr. Kimble reviewing and answering my questions at $225/hour up to the maximum time I specify below (only time actually spent will be billed). I understand if I select a maximum time that it may not be enough to fully answer my questions, and my responsibility is to pay for actual time incurred regardless of any answers I do or don't receive. I understand an invoice will be sent to my email address and payment is accepted by cash or check only, and is due within 15 days of the invoice date.
